Disliked: It was very dirty, carpet and bed linen was stain and bath towels were dirty the kitchenette had roaches and bugs was flying around the room.. We was supposed to stay two nights but I checked out early that morning.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER BECAUSE...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The MORNING CLERK when I was checking out accused me of smoking in the room WHEN I BROUGHT TO HER ATTENTION THAT THERE WAS A BAG OVER THE SMOKE DETECTOR! Then said that she was charging me a cleaning fee! I told her that I don't smoke, she became even more rude. I told her that I will go back up there and remove it even though I didn't place it there which I did and she was even more nasty. So since her behavior was like that I took her picture as evidence of whom I spoke to just in case they didn't release my deposit and charge me more. SHE THEN CALLED THE POLICE AND SAID THAT A MAN WAS THERE TAKING HER PICTURE AND THAT SHE WAS AFRAID !!!! I remained calm and sat down and waited for their arrival. I asked her for corporate phone and she said that she didn't know it. Two patrol vehicles showed up with two officers who began to access the situation. After being made aware of what transpired they made her aware that she was being silly and that no laws had been broken. She then HAD ME TRESPASSED OFF the property! This was earlier today. I'm waiting to see if my deposit is returned. If you or anyone that you know are planning to stay in the WEST DUNDEE area... DO NOT STAY HERE AS LONG AS SHE IS AN EMPLOYEE !!!! The initial desk clerk and maintenance guy were very professional (I believe that they were Hispanic) as well as the morning clerk on Friday. However if you go there (and I'm only mentioning ethnicities to identify the bad apple) and this (see photo below) short possibly Indian lady is there....RUN !!!!!!!SHE MAY CALL THE POLICE ON YOU TOO for informing her about a fire hazard that you FOUND!
