What a disappointment

Liked: I do not recommend this facility
Disliked: I was assigned room 131. However, it was disgusting. When I pulled the covers back, there were stains on the sheets of both beds. The room had a very foul odor as well. The front desk clerk(Gloria)stated that she has been gone for about a week but they were experiencing a shortage of maintenance/housekeeping so she should have checked the room prior to assigning it to me. Gloria quickly and kindly moved me to another room(123). The room had less odor, but the bathroom shower spout was pulled away from the wall, the tub was stained, and there was decay or something along the shower wall. The chair in the room was covered with multiple stains. Two of my pillows were tainted(yellow looking). The most disturbing part was the floor. As I looked, it was absolutely filthy. I literally took my big towels, put water on it, and attempted to wipe the floor. It was awful, the towel was black and that was only after attempting to wipe half of the floor. We did not walk throughout the room without our shoes, the rest of our stay. When I had to go to the restroom that night, I slid my tennis shoes on that I had placed next to the bed. For $150, this was not what I expected. It advises breakfast included. It was ONLY miniature muffins and instant grits and granola bars, that's it. They didn't have any sugar for coffee when I asked for some. This was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. I spoke to the assistant manager Shannon in person the next morning. She stated that there wasn't anything she could do and would pass it on to her Manager(Dru). I called twice and spoke with Shannon again and provided my phone number 3x's. I have yet to receive a call, no message or anything from Dru. Pictures have been submitted as well
