Very good

Liked: The Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No elevator in buildings.

I will never be back...

Liked: Nothing the staff was rude all except one gentleman!
Disliked: The room floor was DISGUSTINGGG! I have pictures! The bed was HARD AND NO WATER PRESSURE AT ALL! I have hair down my back and it took me 20 minutes to even just get it wet! The fridge was very dented and the TV channels never came in!

Conditions of hotel

Liked: The price of the hotel was a good value.....but could be lower due to conditions.....
Disliked: Carpet was very dirty.....you can hear almost everything outside as if it was inside and I seen a roach when I brought food out to eat......so there must be roaches coming from somewhere....

Adequate, but will not stay...

Liked: Not much...
Disliked: I booked a Disability access room and it was not available. The remote did not work so the TV was not viewable & we did not get a new remote until mid-day the next day. Beds & pillows were adequate but not comfortable. There was only 1 set of towels in the room booked for 2 people, and there was no dishes & utensils although the kitchen was advertised to be stocked. There was very low water pressure - especially in the bathroom sink - we had to brush our teeth & wash our hands in the kitchen sink. This hotel is located right next to a major highway, rt 64, so it was very noisy.

Hmmm. Read the reviews on...

Liked: Once we were in the room and the door was locked the experience was ok. There were beer bottles on the top of the stairs outside our room. That seemed on brand for the experience.
Disliked: I have stayed in a lot of places that are not branded hotels and have a high tolerance for sketchy surroundings. This one was up there on the sketch-meter.

Disappointing

Liked: The location is pretty nice, right by everything you can think of
Disliked: I didn’t like the property as such, the room smelled just like cigarette and it was a NO! Smoking room. Our keys we had to change them 2 times while being there cause they just didn’t work, one time right after checking in and the second time we did a quick run to a gas station, came back and the key didn’t work. Roaches in the bathroom, and a lot of noice in the morning cause they were working in the room next to us. The guy that checked me in, I wanna think he was having a bad day bc it was a terrible welcoming. The room didn’t match the picture or what was sold. There was some mold in the bathroom curtain. It was really bad. We payed too much money for how terrible it was.
