Liked: Location
Disliked: Locked out of room 2nd. No access to personal items and medicine. Locked out sat night 6/28. Hotel could not get door open until Sunday morning. Slept in clothes in spare room they used as storage. No cups for water. Terrible experience. Hotel comp for room and return charges to you.

Liked: Towels were nice bed was clean
Disliked: The premise had garbage and personal items all over the area near my room

Very BAD place to stay!!

Disliked: The room smelled extremely bad of dogs!!The tub shower had mold.Walls were nicked.Outlets were extended away from wall.Outlets arched.

Liked: Nothing. The bed wasn't made smelled like smoke and mouse traps on the floor. It was the worst experience I have ever had.
Disliked: Nothing. Same as above. When we complained we were given bed sheets and towels in a bag.

Liked: The woman at check-out after our first night (slept at the property for only 4 hours) was super kind & courteous.
Disliked: I have NEVER written a bad review. There is no need to bash a place when they are trying to stay afloat. HOWEVER, this place was horrible.The staff at check in (1:30AM) was discourteous; Frustrated with his own system and had us sit in our car until 2AM (-after driving 11 1/2 hours) until their computer system was back up, despite acknowledging our confirmation and room availability.The room we were provided was different than what was originally mentioned at arrival (?) The smell was overpowering and the floors we so sticky our shoes made noise as they were lifted back up for each step. I promise I'm not exaggerating!Although the beds were made and towels folded neatly, there were dark 'smears' on the front of the bathroom counter and doorframe. There was mold in the tub. An entire section of baseboarding coming off in one corner. There appeared to be dried vomit on the rug. Scratches and chipped mirrors and the desk in the room had no chair.The photos of this place must have been from when they 1st opened and are deceitful. I was refunded the remainder of the week that was booked, but still charged $105.00 for the few hours we did stay, sleeping on our own blankets from the car.I am not new to travelling and am no wilting flower. This place, however, whew!!
