Disliked: One of the worst hotels I’ve been in. We didn’t even have a single trash can in our room. Black stuff on one of the beds, likely from the AC unit. Super sticky floors throughout the whole room. Gross table and chair and sink. My mom saw a live roach in the bathroom. Smelled horrible everywhere. The price should have been half as much as I paid

Liked: I arrived and it was full! They told me at the office when I had already booked! And they charged me. I was supposed to pay for a room, but they didn't give it to me because they were all occupied.

Liked: I liked how close it was to everything. Just a few minutes away from anything you wanted to do in CLT.
Disliked: We arrived at 3:04. Checked in, but was told to wait 5 minutes so they could finish cleaning. That’s fine. I’d rather wait a few minutes and get a clean room. After about 10 minutes we went up to our room. Housekeeping told us to give them another 10 minutes. At this rate it’s already 3:30. We waited in the hallway until 4:09pm for housekeeping to get finished cleaning our room. Our floors were sticky, we had one towel among three guests, and there was two roaches in our room. Granted the windows open so the roaches may have come from the windows but still. If it took an hour after we checked in to clean it, it shouldn’t have been like that. I was very disappointed after traveling all day.
