Disliked: I didn’t stay a night because when I get there around 6:00pm the room wasn’t ready I have to wait with my kids a while then they took to the room it was dirty chemicals all over the place smelling bad we couldn’t not stay a night in that situation so went to front desk I asked her to refund our money but she told me to call Booking dot come manager was not there I call booking dot com explain everything they tried to contact the manager but they left unsolved I didn’t get my money refunded I am still waiting my money refund. I am really disappointed it so long to resolve the issue. So I is a lot booking dot com to reserve my hotel me and all friends and family for good business in the future please resolve my issues.

Liked: I really like how warm and welcoming all the staff is. The manager is very attentive to any need. Really enjoy my stay here. Definitely hass a home environment.

A run down, disgusting, Extended...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Inside the building smells like old dirty carpet and cigarette smoke. The rooms are filthy. Nothing seemed to ever be cleaned in there. The floors weren’t swept or mopped, counters weren’t cleaned, the walls were stained, and the chairs were so gross that I wouldn’t sit a bag on it much less my body. We had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and towels like this was an apartment we were moving into. And the had roaches…!!!!The keys kept needing to be reactivated and after a certain time the front door couldn’t be opened from the inside so had to leave through the emergency doors. I Definitely won’t be back.

Liked: Very unkept, unclean and lacking basic amenities. My friends room had no soap or shampoo, no shower curtain, one towel and no TV remote!!!
Disliked: Everything!!!

Disliked: One of the worst hotels I’ve been in. We didn’t even have a single trash can in our room. Black stuff on one of the beds, likely from the AC unit. Super sticky floors throughout the whole room. Gross table and chair and sink. My mom saw a live roach in the bathroom. Smelled horrible everywhere. The price should have been half as much as I paid
