Liked: The Top Floor was nice. I enjoyed the experience.
Disliked: The breakfast was horrible. No juice, no milk for the oatmeal. Have a cup of coffee, is their breakfast.

Cheap.You get what you pay...

Liked: Front desk staff was friendly and the location is convenient to food,shopping, entertainment. Quick access to 485 and Uptown Charlotte is only about 20 minutes away. Price was cheap for my quick one night need while I couldn’t access my residence for the night.
Disliked: “Breakfast” is instant oatmeal, nutri-grain bars and dry prepackaged muffins. People loitering in the parking lot. I had to move my car because the 2 people were having sex beside me when I pulled in. Dogs all over the place because it’s dog friendly. I had to take my allergy medicine to sleep.

Liked: the location along the 74 is excellent with easy access
Disliked: the other tenants were loud, sometimes yelling in the hall, knocking repeatedly and loudly on doors ( not ours) to be let in, even at the middle of the night. so one would call unsocial behaviour.
