Disappointing

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Room 329 had a bad smell, no bathroom counter top space, shower curtain rod was barely attached to wall. We almost moved to another hotel. When we booked the room, we looked for a hotel that provided a hot breakfast. We were dissappointed that the hotel only had processed food.

Unprofessional and Rude Staff

Liked: If I could give 0 stars when writing a review I would. This hotel and its workers are extremely unprofessional. We arrived, later than expected for check in, and since it was after midnight our reservation was canceled. Not only was it canceled, we received no notice of this and there is no end time for check in listed online or in any policies. When asking the front desk worker for the solution I was told “I won’t be doing anything” and then when asking about what we would be charged she said “I wont charge you anything but the hotel will”. We were then left with no hotel room on what we were told was the busiest weekend of the year in the area. I highly no NOT recommend this hotel.
