Disliked: Let’s see- free breakfast is a joke! Blood in the bathroom & ppl just standing around drinking in front of the hotel like they are at their own homes; was very uncomfortable. Would never recommend or stay here again.

Liked: The room price was great giving we waiting until last minute to find one.
Disliked: Staff seems to take breaks for extended periods of time. We arrived at about 4:30-5p and the staff was outside in the smoking patio on her phone and had to be summoned by a knock at the door. I requested piñon for my pullout couch and additional towels to cover all out family and the never came. When we arrived back at the hotel from out outing on Thursday night around 10:30 I believe we still had no covers for the pullout. I went to the front desk and waited 30 minutes for the girl to return from outside in the parking lot never acknowledge me or states she works there but went straight in as if she wasn’t missing for a long period of time. I then requested the item and returned to my room. Overall, maybe it’s just the staffing needs that tend to have them all over for one place but some seem to be more occupied with other personal stuff than their customer service. Thanks and we may definitely come again.
