Disliked: I had never stayed such horrible room and everything is wrong about starting from check in , don’t door not working , bathroom shower terrible

Disliked: Broken furniture, squeaky shower, roaches, unsecure door entryways, lazy employees, lack of waste management, wasps nests, abusive alcoholic tenants who harass women, ongoing construction, untrained maintenance staff, etc…

Liked: Location to Dulles Airport
Disliked: Terrible reception service. There were not enough towels and scarves for the guests (there were 5 of us and there were only 3 sets) and when we asked for more, the answer was: The housekeeping team left at 4pm and there is no way to provide it, next time please arrive before 4pm. What? Carbon dioxide alarm going off in the room due to lack of battery, when we requested a new one the employee frowned and gave us a used battery and then we discovered that we were charged 100 dollars for damages (requested a refund and still no response). What? TERRIBLE, RIDICULOUS breakfast - coffee and mini muffins (there weren't enough for the guests) What? I WON'T COME BACK!!!!!!!!

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: They advertised there would be kitchenware, hair dryer but when we arrived we were told we should have reserved the items. This was due to COVID restrictions. Also we had no hot water in the shower and the maintenance person would not be in until the next day. The circuit breaker kept kicking off when using the microwave. Also the entry door was not working properly from a previous storm so a rock was used to prop open the door.

Liked: The convenience of stove top in room and staff including the nice manager lady whom I forgot her name was veryyyyy friendly and cordial.
Disliked: Some idiots was making music play loud extremely loud way pasted quiet hours. other than that no complaints
