Liked: Decent price
Disliked: Not clean. Behind doors and in corners there was accumulated dirt and hair,,shows the cleaning staff just hits the open surface and quickly. Breakfast is a joke, lukewarm coffee and packaged muffins that appear to be weeks old.

Great location and convenient to...

Liked: Had trouble with computer at check in, but staff was friendly and went above and beyond to get me checked in.
Disliked: Convenient to where I needed to be for morning meetings.

Liked: It had a kitchen
Disliked: There were no kitchen utensils and cabinet doors were sealed close. Si kitchen was basically obsolete. But did have a refrigerator and microwave.

Disliked: I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by both the receptionist and the manager during my recent visit. Despite having a confirmed booking, my room was sold to someone else due to my late check-in. When I arrived, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked, leaving me stranded with my family at a late hour.Instead of offering a solution or assistance, the hotel staff placed the blame on Booking.com and asked us to leave the lobby immediately. They did not allow us to stay in the lobby while we searched for alternative accommodations nearby, which was both unprofessional and inconsiderate. This experience was unacceptable, and I would appreciate an explanation as well as steps to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Liked: My family like the cup noodles option for breakfast. Having a suite was convenient because we didn’t have to eat out all the time.
Disliked: When I booked I requested a first floor option or near the elevator because I had several disabled people with me. However, when we got there, we were given a second floor room and the elevator did not work. The staff was rude. I was jerked around. I was asked to come down and told that we could be moved, but when I went down the manager was never there. I was told I could leave and try to find another hotel, but this was commencement weekend. My commencement weekend. There were no other rooms in the area. My cousin had to help me get everyone up and down for the length of our stay. There was also a roach in the bathroom.

Disliked: Staff is unfriendly. Nothing in the room not even a hair dryer. Need to ask front desk for everything but they close around 11 pm.
