Poor customer service. No support...

Disliked: I requested late checkout the afternoon I arrived, employee wouldn’t give an answer. No employee was in the lobby the next morning. I traveled to run a marathon, got back at 11:45 and was told company policy doesn’t allow late checkout, too bad. I had to fly home without cleaning up. Will never book this company anywhere I travel.

Disliked: Price for only sleeping wasn't ideal but I needed sleep 😴 I didn't use anything except the shower, bed and towels. Didn't even use wifi until I was leaving

Liked: I actually liked that they didn’t have cleaning person daily. Stayed 12 days without it but I liked the privacy.
Disliked: It wasn’t throughly cleaned. I may be picky but felt I had to clean kitchen area before using cabinets and fridge. I think they can clean better. Also other customers were little loud on some nights
