I would not go back...

Liked: Price and location.
Disliked: This place is unkempt and downright dirty. We received the room with a bucket full of trash. When asked, the lady at the front desk handed me a trash bag. Don't fall for the low price if you want a clean establishment.

Liked: Good location. Billy at the front desk is very personable.
Disliked: One huge roach in the bath tub when I arrived. Water in tub wouldn't stop dripping. 11 pm, smoke detector started chirping. Neither i nor corporate could reach front desk. Corporate had no plan b. I finally walked over and found the guy. And apparently the gm keeps all spare batteries under lock down, so I had no smoke detector all night. TV channel selection sucks, poor reception.

I will most likely stay...

Liked: I liked the fact that the room had a small kitchenette, The bed was comfortable, The staff was very nice and explained the location of how to get to the room
Disliked: The stove to the kitchen did not work.

Liked: The staff was kind and the outdoor pool was open. The beds were clean and nicely made.
Disliked: The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and longer term residents were smoking different substances and drinking in the stairwell, there was food and trash in the stairwell. It undermined a sense of overall safety and cleanliness,
