Liked: The customer service rep was great
Disliked: The facility is crap, had to change rooms because the sink wasn't draining. Then the bathroom sink pipe is the new room broke and created a big mess. Will never stay at this hotel ever aga.

It was convenient

Disliked: My room smelled like straight cigars and cigarettes, the toilet had hair. I had to disinfect myself. Towel looked old

It wasn't fancy, but it...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. It was easy to adjust the room temperature to our liking. Heavy curtains closed neatly. It was very quiet. We felt it was fine for our one-night stay.
Disliked: We had trouble accessing our room; had to return to Reception to learn the lock / door handle workaround. Still took several tries each time we wanted to get in. The breakfast bar would be improved with fruit, or juice in a dispenser like the coffee. If cocoa was an option, I missed it.Plastic cups in the bathroom would be good, for one-night visitors who don't need to get the pack of kitchen equipment.

Exceptional

Liked: Stephanie is awesome, she is professional easy to talk with and helpful. I recommend her for management position. The other staff is really nice as well.
Disliked: The wifi was a nightmare especially on the 3rd floor It kept kicking us out.

Very poor

Disliked: No shower curtain 1 pillow tub broken
