Liked: The location was ok. The tv and the ac worked.
Disliked: We had to get new keys 6 times because we were locked outside and out of our room. The staff said the keys are sensitive. We had no towels when we arrived. We only had 3 washcloths. We asked for towels but never got any until the night before we left. The guy at the desk told us we had to bring the washcloths down to him before we could get the towels. The towels weren’t ready. He said he was washing them and we had to go back down because no one can bring anything to our room. The rug was damp in spots and had a strange smell. The windows were open when we arrived and bees and a lot of mosquitoes got in so we were being bitten throughout the day and night. We asked for some plastic bowls, utensils, and a toaster because there was a card in our room saying we can request certain things. The guy working said he’d have someone bring those items to our room. No one ever brought them to us. We then asked the next guy who was working the following morning and he said we’d have to come back. The 2nd night and another worker told us the same thing. Late the night before we left is when we finally were able to get only the toaster. The tub didn’t have a drain plug. We asked if we could have one. The guy at the desk said he’d have to go to other rooms to locate one, but then never followed through. The first morning the coffee for breakfast was empty and was never refilled. The 2nd morning the coffee was very strong to where you couldn’t drink it. The trash barrel outside must’ve had rotting food in it so it smelled really bad. It was never changed the entire time we were there. The sink sprayer was broken. We were consistently told the reason for all the issues is due to someone not showing up for work or that they are short staffed. One of the staff said they have to improvise because of this.

Liked: The woman manger was superb! She has the best customer service and she is so personable! I will recommend everyone to come here.

Liked: Convenient for location
Disliked: Looks dirty, needed extra pillows and only had one available ( weird) , aircon sounds too loud, fridge sounds too loud, many people outside smoking and talking so you hear everything at night. Could hear also when shower upstairs and toilet was flushed, also steps from higher floors.
