Would not stay again especially...
Disliked: Advertised breakfast and there was only tea and coffee. Trash receptacles near elevator were full and bags of trash on floor in front of them. Floor by elevator was dirty.

Disliked: I didnt ljke that I was able to extend once but the sexond time I tried to extend they tried to double the rate on me.

Liked: The room
Disliked: I had changed my dates from the 30th of May to the 31st of May. It was not done. When I arrived, they made me pay more money for another Room, that was already paid. You staff did not input the new dates in the computer, so manager said they already charged me for the 30 th then I arrived on 31st, and manage said I have to pay full price from $ 157 to $176 this was unprofessional and uncalled for, will never stay here again. Very bad customer service .

Disappointing.
Disliked: Employee at front desk was rude and very un-accomodating. The hair dryer was broken. I called front desk asking for a replacement and was informed non were available. I asked if I could use one in another room, she said NO, the hotel was sold out. I asked if anyone had checked out yet and she told me I could not use a dirty room. I told her I was going to a wedding and I needed to dry my hair. She told me Too Bad. I left my room and went down to the front desk and asked to speak to the Manager. Here reply was "call Corporate, no Manager was on duty". This was Sunday morning of checkout 5/18. She told me I had no right to yell at her on the phone, I told her she was being very unhelpful and unprofessional. She then told me I am forever banned from the property and she was going to call the Police on me and have me removed. I asked her for her name and she wrote Maria Sarraff on the paper. I was very, very dissapointed with her attitude and unprofessionalism. Having given her a few suggestions on how to fix the issue, she wouldn't budge. Hardly someone I would want as the face of my business. Hopefully she can receive additional training and help her to rectify Customer issues in a more professional manner.

Could've been better services.
Liked: The checkout front desk lady on Sunday morning was very nice, very friendly. I forgot to get her name. She's very professional.
Disliked: First of all, I didn't get exactly what I've booked online. I've booked 3 connected rooms with double beds in each room, and they gave me 3 separate rooms with one king size and a pull out. I wasn't too happy with the smells 1 of the room, which was room 322. We couldn't open the room door with the card that was provided to me while I went downstairs at the front desk to replace the card. One hotel guest called cops on us that were making noise.
