Cost effective option for a...

Liked: In and around Boston, it's quite difficult to find a decent hotel at that price point. I really appreciate the Extended Stay team for keeping costs low while maintaining quality.
Disliked: It would have been better if there were more breakfast options beyond packaged items. Even boiled or scrambled eggs would have sufficed—just to avoid processed food.

Disliked: My room wasn't clean properly there was left over food in my room they were blueberries on the floor the fridgerator was sticky and had hair in it the bed was wobbly so every time you moved the bed would shake the TV didn't work properly the phone didn't work I called down with my own cell phone to the front desk and couldn't get a hold of someone for 20 minutes and finally did they told me how to get the TV to work yet that still didn't work told me sorry about the phone can't do anything about it and the bed situation they ignored when I went to check out and discuss this with someone because I had tried to discuss it before with people and nothing happened I had to wait 35 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk because it was a sign there that said sorry I'm busy and then come to find out sorry I'm busy with another customer I'll be back soon meant I went to Dunkin' donuts and got an iced coffee horrible day horrible service I don't know what else to say

Disliked: I did not like that the staff made me wait to receive the keys to my room to identify a guest of mine(my wife) who had not yet arrived and then after a line formed behind me and about 6 minutes passed he said it was fine and handed me the keys anyways. The place smells like mildew. There is dog/ animal fur in great amounts all over the hall and on every step up and down the staircase way. All of the towels were dirty. The refrigerator does not work. There was someone’s chunk of skin, looked like a big chunk of heel skin to be honest. The skin was on the bathroom floor. The room smelled like mildew, the bathroom and towels smelled like smoke. I booked for two days and didn’t even want to stay due to this. The shelf’s and tv were dusty. The elevator lights did not work. The lights in the elevator were off and the elevator had a push lamp inside it was very dark inside. The fan for the vent in the bathroom was rusty and leaks rust down to the floor below, I had to be careful to not get the rust drops on me when using the bathroom/showering.

Disliked: So dirty. The first two rooms I was given both had hair all over the sheets and on the chair next to the bed and in the bathroom. The second room had a piece of gum stuck on the dresser. After telling the receptionist that I wanted my money back and I would go somewhere else, he said he’d have to talk to the manager in the morning since I booked through booking.com. I knew it would be a fight getting back my money so he showed me a third room which was better. The rooms on booking weee over $120 which is crazy for what it is. It was one of the cheapest for my few hours that I had to stay because of a flight canceling. It’s not worth $50 a night. Absolutely gross… avoid.
