Disliked: I didnt even stay first elevator light was broken flikering like a horror movie the light to tell u wjat floor you reached was also broken then we step out to the 4th floor ro be greated by two huge black bags of smelly garbage so nad it stunk the entire hallway then we get to the roim ripped leather chair a nasty bed that rolls and shit stains on the bottom of the toilet i asked to change rooms they had nothing so he told me he would refund my money i came feom ny to boston for 3 days and had to leave a day early back to ny the location is also bad felt unsafe directly behind a trailer park no gates nothing horrible horrible horrible

Liked: I didn't like anything.
Disliked: I arrived to check in and found no clean rooms available. Due to the time and the inability to book elsewhere, I asked the receptionist for clean sheets and toiletries so I could at least clean my room and sleep.The receptionist made no effort to resolve the issue, other than refusing to accept the reservation.At checkout, the situation was explained to the new receptionist on duty, who refused to refund the payment or any part of it.It was disrespectful and absurd.

Disliked: the room was all wet, the bedclothes were dirty, the bedroom floor and bedclothes were all damp, the floor was slippery and sticky, there was a lot of trash and dust under the bed
