Disliked: Breakfast area was very unorganized. No coffee cups, no sugar. Unattended.

Very disappointing stay at Extended...

Never again

Liked: I immediately requested a refund and did not stay after seeing the room. The smell was unexplainable, the floor was old Leno, holes in the vinyl couch. We had no idea that these also have a mini kitchen. The man at the front desk was nice.

Disliked: The room 311 smelled of Cat pee. The sofa bed mattress was stained.

Disliked: Breakfast was one type of muffin in a package. Water was not even available in the eating area. Only coffee was offered.

Disappointing

Disliked: The third floor hallway smelled awful. Every time I walked down it my clothes stunk. I told the guy at the desk but nothing was done about it. There were people always hanging out in the parking lot smoking, even right next to the building where there was a no smoking sign. There was a broken shelf in my fridge and a broken drawer in my dresser. The room didnt come equipped with any kitchenware. I was brought what I asked for but no paper towels and toilet paper. Lady at desk said they don’t provide that, or a sponge & dishsoap but she was kind enough to bring me those two things anyway. Water pressure in shower was non existent. There was black mold in my shower! And the microwave was obviously not cleaned & smelled awful. This place is disgusting but unfortunately I had no choice so I stayed for 2 weeks. I would like a refund.
