Liked: Good value for money
Disliked: The AC wasn’t working properly

Booking.com is unreliable, facility manager...

Disliked: Facility did not honor booking via booking.com- they said it was subject to availability. I relied on booking.com but will not do that next time.

Disappointing

Liked: Closed to restaurants to get breakfast.
Disliked: Shouldn't be considered as a breakfast included hotel. (Only little wrapped muffins, cheap multi bars and coffee) Floor is sticky and there is a humidity smell in the room.

I will not stay here...

Liked: What breakfast, it was individual packaged muffins, packets of oatmeal and coffee. This needs to be more specific when it is included in the room rate. Calling it breakfast is misleading and not worth being included in the rate. Property location was the only upside.
Disliked: When we pulled the comforter down to get into bed there were several hairs on the sheets. No one at the lobby desk to notify or get clean sheets. We had to go to our car to get my daughter's sleeping bag so she could go to bed as we were in the area for a dance event at the Best Western. The tube drain was rusted and corroded. It was sold on Booking.com that breakfast was included so we thought it would be a full breakfast and it wasn't. It needs to be more specific about the type of breakfast such as Continental if it going to be included in the price of the stay.

Liked: The The room was nice it was clean and comfortable
Disliked: The floor by the elevator on the 3rd floor was dirty looked like something got spilled and not cleaned up

Bad

Disliked: This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The reception was rude and they also threatened not to provide a room. It felt like I hadn't paid them money and stayed there for free. The room was nicer, tidy but the doors were terribly dirty, there was only a sheet instead of a blanket, the pillows were small and uncomfortable. I had stayed in a 2 star hotel before but I had never seen such horror.

Liked: The location was good. Front desk person was very nice and understanding.
Disliked: We didn't stay night. Police were called to evict a unruly tenet. My family didn't feel comfortable staying after. In future I'll book directly with the hotels instead of with booking.com because the hotel would have let us cancel without a fee but as it was after 6 pm when we arrived booking.com wouldn't allow the cancelation. So we ended up paying for two hotels.This hotel would have been great and I would have stayed if by myself and not with my wife and kids. However as they were nervous about it we went o a different hotel.After this, I will always book directly with the hotel. Never with booking.com again.
