Disliked: I had an event at 6pm, they said I could check in at 1pm, and then around 1pm they called me and said I couldn't check in until 6 due to a water issue. This was unreliable, terrible, and put me in a horrible situation to figure out another solution. They were not helpful at all.

Disliked: It’s outdated, breakfast could be better, but it’s a good place to stay.

Liked: Menage answered me well and fixed what I asked.Would you like to ask me to send my deposit to my account too?
Disliked: I spent a week with children in the room, no person cleanses. We have to clean and get clean towel at the reception.

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact we had to go to the lobby for kitchen items, we had needed a pan to cook and they had none available so we had to go across the street to buy one
