Disliked: Staff members need to be more welcoming.My room wasn’t clean under the bed was a dirty sock.

It was a very stressful...

Liked: I did not participate in the breakfast which was coffee and pre-packaged muffins and breakfast bars. Same every day.
Disliked: I had to move rooms initially as the tv stand was broken and floor was extremely sticky. I was then moved into a room that I could not cook in -- they did tell me this ahead of time but did not offer any discount in price.Every day I had to get new key cards as they would de-activate and not work. I purposefully kept them away from my cell phone. They even tried to clean the lock to see if it helped -- to no avail.

Disliked: Pee all over the back of the toilet tank, and hair all over the wall of the shower.

Would not use them again.

Liked: Staff, their so called breakfast was very minimal and not something I would eat. No fruit either.
