Would stay again

Liked: We stayed here a couple days while visiting family, and will likely make this our regular hotel for extended visits. Good value, quiet location, easy to find... Worked out well for us. They have a small "grab and go" breakfast which was great for us when all we needed was coffee and a granola bar. Staff was pleasant.

Exceptional

Liked: The friendly and professional staff. I requested a coffee maker in my room and the gentleman at the desk told me he would bring one to my room shortly. He brought it in less than five minutes along with enough coffee packets, real coffee mugs instead of Styrofoam and spoons. The place had many others checked in but, it was very quiet. The rooms was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I found nothing wrong about this place.

Liked: The vent in the bathroom needed cleaned. Was woke up this morning from people fighting and yelling

Liked: location was perfect
Disliked: the breakfast option was VERY minimal, nothing but coffee, no juice nothing but sugared snacks.

Disliked: The room had a bad smell and the water tasted moldy.

Clean hotel great staff.

Liked: It was easy to find and close to the IWU campus. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice.
Disliked: The refrigerator in our room was really and the water pressure wasn’t the greatest. Bathroom needs a few updates but all in all it was a good stay.
