Very good

Liked: Basic amenities but good for a quick over night stay on a long drive. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Decent stay in Billings.

Liked: The breakfast bar. Clean, comfy beds.
Disliked: There was a funny smell in our room and generally upkeep/cleanliness throughout the hotel could have been better.

One employee made a big...

Liked: Very good customer service. When we went to checkout and resolve a payment problem, staff member AJ, had it completely resolved. He alone made my review go from unacceptable to very good. I assumed we would have to fight for the correct outcome, but AJ had already credited the duplicate room charge and completely fixed the problem. He also explained the 1:30 fire alarm and apologized for the inconvenience. His professionalism and courtesy should be noted by management.
Disliked: Check in process was not good. Our room was prepaid, but the hotel information indicated we would pay at check in. My husband made the (duplicate) payment, but at a higher rate. We went to our room very upset. The handicap accessible room was located on the second floor (there is an elevator) , the toilet was almost impossible to use due to the location of the hand rail. The bed was too high to get it it easily.
