Horrible front desk staff

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The staff was extremely rude , they said they were overbooked and had no rooms although I had reservations… the elevator didn’t work and they didn’t care that I had a handicap daughter with me not their problem ,thankfully the hotel next door was super nice the sleep inn, was very accommodating.

Terrible- would not recommend

Liked: Location- close to the soccer fields we were on town for a tournament
Disliked: We were greeted rudely, our key cards never worked, our door sometimes didn’t lock when we left, elevator out of order, breakfast consisted of granola bars, frayed carpeting, no cookware/plates,utensils, napkins available in kitchenette, never anyone at the front desk, etc.

The stay was not what...

Liked: It shouldn’t be rated as high as it should, the only thing good was that the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Trouble getting us checked in, accessible button to get through the front doors didn’t work. The elevator was broken. The rooms were not clean, stain and hair on the bed, tried to sleep with our clothes on top of the covers due to the cleanliness. Fridge and cupboards still had food crumbs from the previous stay. Toilet leaked, sink didn’t drain. No service when messaging the property from booking.com platform. Breakfast was a granola bar and coffee, you can’t call that breakfast. Was supposed to have a two day stay and left after night one.

Not good

Liked: I waited for the woman to try to figure out where to put me because they didn’t have my room and she had to make phone calls and go check locations in the motel to put me in a different room because I booked a room that was not available. And when I got to this particular room that she gave me, it was filthy filthy filthy, filthy, undescribable.
Disliked: It was so dirty the floors had all kinds of hair and popcorn, pieces, and trash
