Extended Stay America Suites - Baltimore - Timonium

Good, but…

Liked: Room was good.
Disliked: 1. Grab and Go breakfast left a lot to be desired. A bare minimum selection. 2. Staff interrupted our stay - late Saturday morning as we were relaxing for a few hours before going to our function to clean the A/C unit. We said we would be out in about 2 hours but staff said that wasn’t good enough; it had to be “be done NOW!” We took our coffee and sat in the lobby - it was quick but an inconvenience. This should be done when rooms are empty- definitely not on a weekend if you are a fairly successful operation.

Roaches, out dated furniture and...

Liked: Breakfast? I was told it was a continental breakfast. It was actually individually wrapped cupcake size muffins and coffee located next to the front door. There were only two types of muffins.
Disliked: Get an exterminator!!! There were roaches!!! The first thing we saw when we came into the room was a roach. We asked to be moved to another room. The other room seemed ok. I woke up around 4 am and there they were. We left.

The full kitchen facilities were...

Liked: Staff was quite friendly. Room had full refrigerator, stove, & sink, as well as dishes available.
Disliked: Hotel *looked* dated.

Liked: Pleasant, friendly and well-versed staff. Very attentive and very quick to respond to any of your ask. Lisa is very passionate, detailed and diligent about her work!
