Passable
Liked: The location was great. Everything you needed was either within walking distance or a short drive.
Disliked: The room showed signs of needing updating. The bathroom had old cigarette burns on the sink, bathtub, and floor, and the ceiling also showed signs of cigarette staining. Mind you, I was in a non-smoking room. Finally, the walls are paper-thin, so be prepared to hear every bit of your neighbors' conversation.

DO NOT STAY HERE especially...

Disliked: This place was so gross I didn't want to touch anything or sit down. They aren't even real bed. Its just a thin mattress on a metal spring frame on tall legs. The floor was sticky. The hallway from the elevator to the room was dimly lit, stinky, and had people hanging out in it up and down the whole hall. It felt like i was in inner city project housing. I was in the room all of five minutes before walking right back out and asking for a refund. We went to the LaQuinta around the corner and that place was a 10 but this extended stay was a ZERO

This stay was very disappointing...
Liked: Location
Disliked: Cost, very limited breakfast had 3 muffins out and a few packs of instant oatmeal, all coffee creamer was empty. Stains on chair in the room and there was a smell in the room.

Disliked: Upset because we have been living there since February and on May 21st we were trying to get money to stay we left there at 4 and checked back in at 11 pm that night and set up to pay for Thursday and Friday and was told I couldn’t stay there no more because I cost him 125 dollars but I checked the price all day it was the same price all day like 88 dollars for the whole day and I had reservations for the weekend which was paid for though purchasing power for 371 dollars and it no modifications or no return no refund so I still have to pay for it no matter what so lost my money and ready to sue him for my money he needs a better attitude and so does his employees Amber or don’t work with customer service because you our rude and stuck up because you think u our better then everybody else so please address this problem and return my money because u shouldn’t be allowed to have my money and give my room to someone else when I paid for it that’s double standard and he should fix it Thank you for letting me do my feedback to you Ms. DelCostello PS. Karima. Is a wonderful employee and should be the manager she has worked with us before and was very helpful in Accommodating us when we needed to come up with money to pay
