Do not stay here. I have never complained about a room before but I have to warn you!

Liked: No positives.
Disliked: Horrible stay - too many things to mention. Stay anywhere else!

Disliked: The area, cleanliness, inaccurate description, condition of the room, facility. Floors seemed like they had not been mopped or swept, room smelled like smoke, dead cockaroch on the floor with trash debris.

Disliked: 1) called the morning of checkin to ask about early checkin & was told yes early checkin was available & my husband would just have to pay $10 an hour for every hour before 3pm since he would be arriving in Bakersfield before me as his wife. 2) when my husband arrived for early checkin he was told he couldn’t checkin early because it was a room with 2 beds BUT I was never asked what type of room it was when I asked for early checkin by the staff. How would I know to make that statement.3) in that call that morning I specifically asked for an itemized list of what the rooms kitchen would come with so I’d know what to pack. I was told that the rooms kitchen would have pots, pans, plates, utensils, plates, bowels, spatulas & cups.4) then once I arrived I was told that those items are only given when we go pick them up at the office & I said ok I’ll go by & get them then the staff proceeds to say “but we don’t have any right now. It’s first come first serve” so since that was news to me & I wasn’t told it was first come first serve when I called we were left with an empty kitchen. Even on the sign in the room it doesn’t state anywhere on there that it’s first come first serve (see photo attached)5) lastly the area looks like the hood of Bakersfield with the amount of homeless outside. WE WILL NOT BE STAYING AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!

Liked: The staff were very hospitable. And very welcoming.
Disliked: Their wasn't any dislikes at all.
