Do not stay here. I have never complained about a room before but I have to warn you!

Disliked: Horrible stay - too many things to mention. Stay anywhere else!

I would not recommend not...

Liked: Lots of parking
Disliked: There were bugs in the bed, like silverfish all over the place even inside the pillow cases . Literally probably slept an hour. We checked out at 6 am it was so bad.

I would never stay there...

Liked: It took a very long time time to get checked in even though they were not busy . The carpet was filthy and while walking bear foot my feet were black with dirt .

Liked: After I paid for 3 nights I was told to leave by the Manager Tasha Johnson my self and my husband been off and on staying at Extended stay suites and Tasha has done this twice the first time I still had days left but she said we had to leave the room because of construction work In room and that there was no rooms they were all booked. And that was a lie, it took ten days to get my money back she also said if I go back we would have to rent by month and pay weekly seven days at a time because it would mess up there system well we found out it was a lie and she can get away with this what she is DOING? Well something has to be done also for the three nights I had to wait five to ten days for the money and that I can no longer rent at that hotel she put DNR on me I spoke to a supervisor Terry he couldn't do anything about that that's what she had put in system I was wrong to me it was a set up with Tasha and another worker Adidas, I believe that's her name that's favoritism also told my husband that he can't talk to a who was around there and that man is a pastor, who does she think she is first of all you don't call the room and tells me to tell my husband so I said you tell me husband he's right here. I sure hope someone really does look into this bc that so so wrong of both of them. I went through the hotel corporate and no help at all the supervisor Terry from corporate that there was nothing he can do that's wrong? Can someone get back to me Tasha is the one that told me to go to the corporate for what for this to happen instead of going through booking.com like I usually do my name is Irma Macias, Thank you
Disliked: Tasha and another worker are bunch of lies I even ask to transfer us to another hotel Extended stay she says no if I was concerned I would investigate and really see what she's about a bunch of lies Tasha Johnson

Liked: That the manager looked into a problem and solved it quickly.
Disliked: They were under staffed , I walked to the store and when I came back my key didn't work. I went down to lobby and no answer till the employee got off her lunch break. Was a Lil upset about that and my food got cold.
