Not worth the money and...
Liked: Location was very accessible and close to major freeways
Disliked: Elevator was not working so I had to take all of my luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Front desk notified me that the payment hadn't gone through so I showed them the payment on the app and credit card statement but he refused to accept so I had to pay again so I can stay. The hallways smelled of smoke. The bathroom had several stands of hair in bathtub, toilet and mirror. The AC never got cold despite it being at the lowest setting.

Liked: Location and easy access to the freeway
Disliked: Smell of humidity and mold. Carpets are old and dirty. Room Doors are extremely hard to open. No bathrooms in the lobby. If you are over 5 feet the shower head will on reach you shoulders

Disliked: The first room I got had flooded I ran bath water and the water leaked from the bathroom all the way to the bed at 10:00 and I had to switch rooms. The room I was switched to smelled like mechanic had been in there

Worst nightmare after denying the...
Liked: Absolutely nothing at all, sadly.
Disliked: After I paid online and presented my confirmation to the main desk at the hotel they told me that there were no rooms available. I advised them that I had my confirmation from booking.com and they said that they could not do anything about it even when booking.com showed 5 rooms available on their site. I had to pay and stay at another hotel. Now I need to know how I will be refunded for that when I was not able to stay because of the lack of availability. I am requesting a refund.
