Liked: It’s was quiet and peaceful. The receptionist Charmaine had excellent customer service.
Disliked: The smell of dogs in the room. The smell could be better. I purchased a diffuser due to the smell.

Disliked: The room appeared a bit gloomy, drab. Room service never came to my room not once to make up the bed or replenish wash towels.

Liked: Location was perfect for me was close to my relatives house. Staff was very knowledgeable and was prompt, friendly when giving me my keys.
