Liked: The manager of the hotel was a very kind lady.
Disliked: One of the morning receptionists, the big one, with the long nails acted like it was my fault she is miserable. She genuinely couldn’t be bothered to act like she’s at least heard of good customer service. Literally every other staff member was awesome though!

Liked: It was a place to sleep with a bed and full kitchen at a great price.
Disliked: The staff was somewhat friendly but rarely at the desk unless you ring bell. 3 of the 4 lamps in room didn’t even have bulbs in them so poor lighting. The stove didnt work. No issues were ever addressed just an apology. The water pressure in shower was weak.The place stank from the time you walked through the door to elevator to room.

Great Staff, But the Hotel...

Liked: I really wanted to enjoy my stay, but the overall condition of the hotel made that difficult. The building had a strong, unpleasant odor as soon as you walked in, and the bathroom in my room had visible mold. It just didn’t feel clean or comfortable at all. That said, the staff was very kind and did their best to be welcoming. Unfortunately, the establishment itself needs serious attention—especially when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance. I hope the management takes steps to improve the environment for future guests.
