Liked: the ladies at the front desk were very helpful.and welcoming. because of them alone I will definitely make this my number one stay when I'm staying in a hotel in Austin
Disliked: I would like to see the coffee maker and some coffee as an amenity when I walk into a room

Disliked: Flop house . The window was obviously being used to access the room from outside.

Passable

Liked: location was excellent. I stayed in the back of the hotel on the 4th floor it was very quiet.
Disliked: It needs some maintenance and paint.
