Overall experience was decent.

Liked: Room was Non-smoking as described during booking.
Disliked: Not having staffs on front is painful. Phone service is there but took too long to respond. Some of the rules like check-out process could be made available in the room itself as a notice board or hand out a brochure during check-in. Over all after hours support found poor.

Liked: Its location and the layout of my room.
Disliked: It SMELLED HORRIBLE! It smelt like musk, like urine, like shit, like Smoke! I was told no smoking and no pets. People were in the hallways smoking and dogs were running loose in the hallways shitting on the floor. I have video evidence. The A/C didn’t work in our room. Needed it fixed or change rooms. But, There was 1 person working after 7p …. Nobody could help. Then at 9pm. They closed. Left a sign that said “need help use the phone” … there was no phone. They didn’t open up at 10a when we left. Closed for 12 hours a day …. Ridiculous.

Liked: Through the tab and bathroom water I encountered, I was exposed to psychoactive chemicals which changed my emotional state immediately. Thanks Michael Argaw
