Liked: Comfy beds, good sized room for the price, and ideal location.
Disliked: The bathroom sink needed liquid plummer. Room smelt like cigarettes despite being a nonsmoking facility. Advertised a continental breakfast, but you could hardly call it that. They had breakfast bars and instant oatmeal, no protein.

Disliked: Accommodation and the general upkeep of bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen are lackluster at best.

Liked: After, I requested a move. The staff moved me to a much better room, which was much cleaner, smelled better, had a desk, working refrigerator, and overall better layout. The location is great. It is located in the middle of South Austin, near South Congress street. It also across the street from Whataburger, Sandi's, and within walking distance of Terry Black's barbecue.
Disliked: I had to ask for a first floor room, even though I requested a first floor room, when I made the reservation, and received confirmation that my request would be honored. I got a rotten first floor room. The first room had a musty smell, the refrigerator failed to cool, and the soap dish was encrusted with scum. The room also lacked a desk. Breakfast was coffee or tea or hot chocolate powder along with an oatmeal packets or a prepackaged muffin. There were only artificial sweeteners, no sugar.

Liked: The room was comfortable. Apart from loud neighbors all night.
Disliked: Lots of construction and a strange smell in the hall. The breakfast was coffee, and a couple of very unhealthy, high ingredient options (muffin and granola bar). I thought for the price there would a decent breakfast.
