Disliked: They put me in a room with broken furniture and it smelled like weed and still they wouldn't try to help...I had to get extremely upset so they can help me...and the upgrade was a $8 difference which I didn't mind paying..very awful staff as well.

Liked: Property It’s good, but I found some roaches in my room. I make a video and take pictures. I can’t eat in that room. I was so starving.

Disliked: The hotel was very dirty, the room wasn't the room I paid for. I paid for deluxe queen and got reg . The carpet was filthy, and walls were busted with holes and stains. I never stay at extended stay like this. Their were ppl living with their animals in here. Lots of commotion in hotel. Rooms felt like something would crawl in you. I couldn't leave as I didn't want a cancelation charge. No hair dryer in rooms, and bathrooms were very small and not clean. Hair in tub and frig.

Disliked: I didn't like anything at all. We asked for a non-smoking room and even if said it was non-smoking by the door, the place was impregnated with the smell. I requested to the front desk to please change me to another room. He kept me waiting and after asking him 3 times, he informed that no room available. The place was too noisy. Children were running around the hall late at night. The bathroom floor was dirty and had hairs all over. The bathtub was dirty too.
