Liked: The location and the hotel
Disliked: I was in room 322 and I did not get any sleep at all the people that was on the next floor over us was making noise all night long so the next morning I went to the front desk to complain about it and they said that they would let the manager know so later when i got back from eating breakfast I stop by the front desk again and asked a different person about switching rooms and they said that they would talk to the manager this was the second time then she asked me if I wanted the manager to go and talk with them i said no that I would like to move to another room so later on that evening after dinner I stop back by the front desk and asked again and the young lady said that the manager went and spoke with them about the noise and that everything should be fine now so I went to my room when I got in the bed and fell asleep then they started back making noise again so I got up put on my clothes walk past the front desk went to the hotel next door and booked me a room for the next two days then I went back to the hotel and checked out so I only stayed two nights their all they had to do was just change my room and everything else would have been fine but I think that they didn't care at all

Liked: At first, it was a pleasant surprise.
Disliked: The roach and spider that greeted me in the morning and the uncomfortable bed and pillows.

Liked: There was no breakfast, and my TV never worked even after I picked up another remote from the front desk. Front Desk staff was super professionally nice! Miss Ida was exceptionally accommodating ! For this reason my family and I will stay again! Great Location!
Disliked: Noisy parking lots at night, and no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room, which is something we can't live without. Otherwise the room was very clean! Thanks to Miss Ida!

Disliked: They say the breakfast is free that's not true you're charged and we booked a room months in advance only to be called 4 hours before our booking and told that they double booked and the first one here gets the room wtf

Clean and comfortable.

Liked: Staff was welcoming and friendly. Location is good and close to interstate. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend anyone staying there!
