BED BUGS!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Disliked: When I arrived, there were no rooms that were clean yet. This was around 2:45 p.m. We waited about 45 minutes before a staff member went to check on our room. She came back and claimed the cleaning person was not doing anything cleaning-wise and that our room would be upgraded for free. The man and lady at the counter were super nice. When we walked into our "upgraded" room, I should have immediately left. This room was FILTHY!!! The couch was disassembled (okay, fine.), the stove was falling apart at the bottom, there was a disgusting blood stain in the shower's tub, the sheets even felt disgusting. There was someone's left over ice cream still in the freezer. There was tiny pieces of trash all over the floor. You could clearly tell that this was not a clean room. When I went to the lobby, the same man at the counter asked how the room was. I asked for a broom and told him about everything else. He gladly changed my room to another "upgraded" room. Well, this one was probably worse. We did a walk through to make sure everything was alright, and it was "better" than the first room at first glance. I was exhausted from driving all night and just wanted to sleep. The second room we were given had a foul smell. But, at least the tub and floor were cleaner right? Wrong. After further investigating, under the beds looked like what had been all of the dirt swept underneath. There was used globs of toilet paper under one of the beds. After about 5 hours of sleeping in one of the beds, I could feel something biting me. There were BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING. I packed what little things I had unpacked (Lysol, food, etc.) and hauled my butt out of there. This place should not still be open. The only good part about it was the friendly staff. They gave me a refund and I took my services elsewhere. UNACCEPTABLE!

Liked: Nothing. Couldn’t even get into our room. Key card didn’t work.
Disliked: The entire place was gross. Hallways never cleaned. Stains everywhere. Drug dealers everywhere. Parties in the parking lot. Not a safe place to bring your family and obviously not being managed right. Health department really needs to show up and shut it down.

My stay was horrible.

Liked: only the location
Disliked: My room was dirty. The carpet on the floor was soaked with water and I had to get sheets from the front desk to cover the floor so we could walk on the floor. The shower faucet did not work unless I used a screw driver to turn the shower on and off, except the faucet never turned off completely and ran all night.

Only stay if you can’t...

Liked: Location and price point is great for the area. The staff was friendly, the AC worked wonderfully and the room was ready on time.
Disliked: The carpets were so stained and disgusting!! Almost sticky in feeling. Microwave was dirty. Faucets were rusted. Couch cushions caved in. Thin blankets. Saw a large and a small baby roach in the room also.

I only stayed one night....

Liked: The location and the checking In process was smooth and simple.
Disliked: The gym door stayed lock. The pool was closed. No breakfast, but was told it was going to be a free breakfast. I called before I booked and was told the gym and pool as available.

Exceptional

It was very unclean.

Liked: The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The hallways, breakfast area, and rooms were nasty. It appears as if no one vacuums the hallways or sweeps the breakfast area. There were snotty tissues and cigarette butts in the floor all weekend long. It is especially concerning in the breakfast area. The bathroom and sink in my room were filthy. Full of grime and hair from the previous occupants
