Would not recommend.

Liked: The staff was friendly, but the hotel needs a complete renovation.
Disliked: Room wasn't clean; something floating in the toilet!

Liked: Clean up ready say hi to us.
Disliked: First we come in no smile, no hi , no explain breakfast. breakfast 8am already nothing. another people ask for where food and drink,still front lady move to slow, 10minute still nothing. We are not get food.flont and room funny smell bad.

Stay Somewhere Else

Disliked: The room had a musty smell that permeated your clothes. There was a broken drawer hanging open, which was a huge hazard. The refrigerator barely kept things cold and the freezer wasn't working properly, so food spoiled. The carpets are terribly stained and there were several roaches. A sketchy man tried to enter my room after walking up and down the hallways whistling. Avoid this place if you can.

Disliked: I got a suite room because it had a pullout sofa bed. When we checked in found out the sofa bed was broke and couldn’t be used. Instead of moving us to other room they gave us blankets to make pallets on the floor for the kids

Liked: There was none. Not much. There was no 'Wow!' effect.
Disliked: Facility was lacking in room cleanliness. Toilet had debris when we walked in. Lamp besides beds was broken. Had to screw in bulb correctly. still kept falling out. TV was blue and called for an exchange. It was done on the second day. No pool nor breakfast. Only coffee, pkg muffin and oatmeal packs. People left due to repeat fire alarms. Staff said they needed repair. Kids were frightened. People stood around outside alarmed. A man made us show ID to get a cart. Wouldn't return ID until cart returned. We quickly felt insulted. Toilet and sink repeatedly clogged over 2 days!!
