Extended Stay America Suites - Arlington - Six Flags

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: The young lady that checked us in the first night night was very nice. The location is great.
Disliked: The staff for the most part is rude and unapporachable. The room was disgusting. Hairs in the shower, stains on the couch, bed sheets, counters, and floors. The hotel as a whole was also very dirty and very unkept. It was very loud in the hallways at night and early in the morning. The overall experience was very poor.

Liked: It was clean and I in a nice location
Disliked: Not much help from staff, constant return to front desk for cooking items and cookware, didn't receive cook washer or dining utensils

Liked: There was nothing to like. It looked like an apt project. Elevator and hallway smelled like marijana. It was very disturbing and it was hard to explain to my 9 year old boy.
Disliked: There was nothing to like. It smelled and the TV did not work. It was a real problem and disappointment.

Disliked: The lock on the door did not work. Front desk kept saying maintenance would be up but it was never fixed, we had to sleep with a dresser blocking the door, filed with roaches. Smelled terrible everywhere.

Disliked: The staff was rude, the amenities that the website said they provide was not provided. The room we booked was not available so we had to down grade.

Disliked: Actually, my stay there was quite nice. Absolutely no complaints.

Liked: Room was large, plenty of room! Price was very reasonable.
Disliked: Door did not lock automatically. Only way to lock it was from the inside.
