Extended Stay America Suites - Arlington - Six Flags

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: The young lady that checked us in the first night night was very nice. The location is great.
Disliked: The staff for the most part is rude and unapporachable. The room was disgusting. Hairs in the shower, stains on the couch, bed sheets, counters, and floors. The hotel as a whole was also very dirty and very unkept. It was very loud in the hallways at night and early in the morning. The overall experience was very poor.

Liked: The front smelled nice
Disliked: The room did not look anything like the pictures we booked online and we were told that we could check in early, but we still had to wait until 3 o’clock. The room also had a pungent smell to it. It was not very welcoming. The kitchen was not stocked with any kind of dishes or utensils when online it said it would be there and all the cabinets were empty. Also, the cabinets and the refrigerator was falling apart. The AC unit halfway worked and did not get as cold as it should’ve. The whole outside of the property looks rundown. I definitely would not book here again. I just wish I would’ve gotten my moneys worth. Thennnn on top of that the breakfast was not breakfast. It’s literally JUST muffins ,granola bars, hot water for oatmeal and coffee. The pictures online showed a full corse breakfast like eggs and bacon and sausage or even danishes but it turns out it was all fabricated. I would not recommend this if you’re expecting it to look like the pictures because it will not. The employees were nice though, except for knocking on the door rudely when we had a late checkout.

Liked: Everything is great, but the stove is very very outdated and maybe a fire hazard and the bed is to hard. Other than that no complaints.
Disliked: I love how easy it was to book the room and for such a good price as well. The staff is very kind and friendly as well as professional. They make it easy to stay longer than plan.

Funky and Nasty

Disliked: It smelled horrible the lobby smelled horrible the room horrible dogs everywhere at night its like a club ppl hanging and smoking i understand they were doing work on the place but its no excuse for the smell the dogs and the club hell the dogs were barking all night we sprayed so much air spray all night let's not talk about the stove that looked like it was from 1950 DONT BOOK HERR!!!! The pictures online are FAKE!!!

Liked: I liked the location and I enjoyed the area surrounding the property.
Disliked: I did not like their idea of breakfast, our room was not cleaned while we were away, and the staff wasn't very helpful.

Liked: Location was great They were under construction so there is that. But other than that everything was great.
Disliked: I did ask the staff for items (extra blankets& kitchen items) that never made it.

Disliked: It wreaked of sewerage and dead animal mixed together. It was an awful smell. The toilet seat was broken, the towels were dirty. I found someone else's body hair wrapped with the towels. We had to air dry. There was no breakfast anywhere it was just a coffee bar like the ones they at the dentist office...
