Liked: I Needed A Break From Life. The Staff Were Awesome. I Loved The Room. I Stayed For A Week. I Feel So Good Now.

Liked: Price fit the budget I was looking for
Disliked: No amenities like coffee pot in the room or the lobby. Had to pull the plunger out of the bathroom sink to get the sink to drain.

Great front desk personnel, but...

Liked: No breakfast offered. Front desk personnel was great! Explained everything.
Disliked: We have stayed at Extended Stay Motels before (including this one) and this one has changed (not for the better). Supposedly, this ESM was bought back in November and is now a "select ESM." There were no hand towels, tissue, or coffee available. All the cupboards were bare. In our previous stays at a ESM there were a few dishes, glasses, utensils, etc.. Also, the microwave oven did not work and the light inside the microwave was on all night. Had we known about the changes we would have stayed somewhere else. This is not what we expected.

Disliked: Out of hours check-in procedure is not updated. Staff is not professional. Bedroom, linen and towels were not clean.

Excellent all places should be...

Liked: It was super friendly and the man at front desk was extra nice and cared about the people . I had to be somewhere and couldn’t book in at the time they have and he got me in early and was super nice !!
Disliked: No complaints

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was extremely nice and helpful
Disliked: Wound up checking out early and got a refund for second night. Just dingy and kinda gross.
