Good place to stay

Liked: House keeping. The housekeeper was the best ever. If i needed anything, she was always there to help out
Disliked: Parking is not enough. No pool

Liked: Nothing they gave my room away

Liked: Gave my room away they knew I would be in late said no problem because I called 3 times and booked it ahead 3 times but Hilton took care of me where yaw let me down

Frusterated that we were looked...

Liked: Nothing you booked a room that Wasn't available. We left and called your company up To report the problem, and you said that you'll call to fix our issue. By this time it was midnight, id just drive home to kasilof. 45 miles out of town CS rep called an I was told to return to the hotel, because it was misunderstanding. So I turned around an drove all the way back to Anchorage 40 minute Drive just to hear the same thing that the room was unavailable. This wasn't the first time you booked me into a no vacancy this same night! We first called booking at 7pm, sent on a goose chase to 2 hotels 3 different times that had no vacancy. Talked to like its my fault while sleeping in 7° cold car

Pleasant

It’s a last resort hotel...

Liked: The beds were nice and it was nice to have a thermostat instead of a blowing heater next to the window
Disliked: The three lobby attendants never greeted with a smile, the room didn’t have a remote and calling the front desk she said the extras were locked up and then hung up on me. Your advertisement says breakfast included. Coffee, muffins and a granola bar is hardly considered a continental breakfast

Poor hotel

Liked: The refrigerator and freezer
Disliked: We were told there is no coffee pot (lied) no laundry soap, no one cleaned our room, there were non-cooked breakfasts, staff were constantly asking if we're staying at the hotel, and made us natives feel unwelcome, no swimming pool, strong Marijuana and cigarette smoke odor, even in the hallway.

Disappointing

Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: To hot and dry in the room.Breakfast was not much, same meals every morning. Didn't like small table with one chair.
