Great stay!

Liked: The staff were wonderful. Full fridge in room.
Disliked: Everything was great!

I will never, never stay...

Liked: Good location, close for what I was doing
Disliked: My room reeked of smoke. Not cigarettes but burnt wood like there was a fire. I have been in a house after a fire and I know the smell. Staff said there were no rooms to move me into because hotel was sold out. Emailed manager and was told if I wanted to check out they would refund, but if I stayed they would give a discount. With hotels being sold out there wasn’t anywhere else to go so I begrudgingly stayed. Very little sleep was had because of the smell.

Good quality for price and...

Liked: Clean and helpful staff. They actually cleaned the rooms daily. They responded right away with f there was a need. Coffee was all day. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Cannot think of anything

Liked: Staff was nice and it was fairly quiet there.
Disliked: The room smelled like moth balls. Overpowering and all of our clothing and luggage has to be washed. The floors were filthy and the bottoms of our feet like we were outside barefoot walking. The kitchenette was so old and rundown and gross. Way too expensive for what we got.

THE GENERAL MANAGER ENTERED MY...

Liked: Room was clean and close to my concert.
Disliked: I checked in at 2am. At 9:30am the general manager entered my room and, with a horrible attitude, said I need to go down to the desk and check in because the night guy didn't do it right. She knocked twice and entered my room! Unacceptable! He gave me the key and told me I had paid. Then I had to pay again. I booked over 6 months ago. I didn't remember if I paid or not. Then they wanted to charge me more than my reservation until I questioned it. THE GENERAL MANAGER ENTERED MY ROOM! I WAS OBVIOUSLY SLEEPING!

Liked: To be honest this was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at !
Disliked: First off where do I begin we checked in and when we opened the door to our room the smell that we smelled was the most disgusting smell I have ever smelled in my life someone must have cooked fish in this room and since the house keeper barely cleaned this room it smelled so bad they could have sprayed or disinfectant and there is no way they didn’t smell this ! When I brought it to the front desk I was given an attitude like I was the problem and asked to switch rooms but was told I had to wait and then I was never switched ! Having to smell that all weekend was awful absolutely awful and since I spent the last little bit of money for a roof over our heads we were stuck here !
