Less then Expected and Poorly...

Disliked: First, the representative at check in, seemed bothered when I came in. The system was down, so we had to wait, and a bathroom was almost desperately needed. Just told me there are no restrooms except for in the room. That's interesting. Where do staff go? Regardless, the lack of customer service was felt immediately at check-in. The room was dirty, there was a used spoon on the floor, stains all over floors, walls, ceilings, phone, lamps amd fixtures and the bathroom was less then expected, and hair on the floor. We were too tired to go back. There were ZERO utensils in the kitchen, ZERO toiletries in the bathroom. The kitchen sink drained slowly. The ramp for pushing the service cart or for wheelchair accessibility was partially blocked and inconveniently located. The breakfast essentially didn't exist and was poorly stocked. Grains bars and muffins hardy qualify in comparison to other locations. I would never recommend this location. Felt like I had to wear flip flops in the tub. Furniture was beat. Floors and carpets beat. Unkept. .

Disliked: No room service…. Had to go and get clean towels went twice both time said it wasn’t time. No ice medicine… two doors down couple arguing.. as well had to go down stairs to get more toilet paper…

Never will stay at this...

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room was missing light bulbs, and the bathroom light was not functioning. I had to leave the door open to get enough light for the shower. On my second day, there was no hot water available for the shower. The breakfast options were disappointing; they provided only mini muffins and packaged oatmeal, along with coffee and milk served in tiny cups. The furniture was in poor condition, with numerous nicks and scratches. Unlike most Extended Stay hotels, this location had no dishes available for use.

Clean, quiet and good value

Liked: The “breakfast” should be identified as a grab and go thing. It was ok, but not useful to me as a diabetic. There should be a trash receptacle so customers can dispose of wrapping. The property is what it advertised itself to be. It was my first stay at your brand, and I will stay with you in the future.

Liked: The room was decent
Disliked: Customer service was terrible. The girl that worked the early shift was rude. No early check in. The young man that checked us in was good. We got lucky because we actually got the room at 3, when we were going out to meet a family member at 4:30 PM, all of the other people were still waiting for their rooms. Unbelievable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Regular hotels have always let us check in early and to see all of those people still waiting an hour and a half later was the worst.
