Disliked: Carpet was old soiled was dusty

Weird Encounter

Liked: The location was great. Nice room. Close to the hospital.
Disliked: Hours after we checked out, an employee called us to ask if we were planning to make a new reservation because we “left clothing behind”. We in fact had not left anything behind. As we were trying to explain that we had not left anything behind, she hung up on us. Not sure where the confusion came from but did not appreciate her tone and rudeness.

Liked: Location is great, room has a kitchenette and refrigerator, bed was comfortable
Disliked: There’s no ice machine in the building, there isn’t a glass or a single thing in the kitchen, no coffee maker, etc. The breakfast can’t be called a breakfast, it’s a coffee pot, a small muffin or a nature bar….in other words…nothing
