Extended Stay America Suites - Albuquerque - Rio Rancho Blvd.

The front desk clerk was really nice - she showed us how to get to our room, and even gave me directions to Wal-Mart :) Room was really clean, enough towels and blankets, all that good stuff. Everything was great.

Disliked: The pool was closed which was horrible news for my son.

It was a nice place,...

Liked: In the mornings it wasn’t available when I left around 7am
Disliked: The air in my room didn’t work and it took them a day to fix and housekeeping never came.

Liked: Location and clean
Disliked: Mattress uncomfortable could feel springs. No blow dryer, breakfast items gone too quickly due to guests taken way too much and not a variety.the tub needs to be refinished looks grungy and the shower curtain definitely needed to be cleaned .

Bad

Liked: The hotel.was good, clean and spacious
Disliked: If they would've accommodate us with a another room after the hotel was on fire. Our room smelled bad with smoke

Not what I expected— not...

Liked: Location, AC units
Disliked: Floor was dirty, has someone else’s food in freezer, beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were uncomfortable, didn’t have sheets or blankets for pull out bed (had to go down and ask, and they only had 1 extra pillow not 2), they had filled in the pool with cement, “breakfast” was the worst I’ve seen: a few prepackaged muffins and coffee. I’ve stayed in extended stay before and it was always clean and comfortable. Couldn’t say that about this one.

Disliked: The T.V. Did not work, bathroom door would not shut unless it was slammed. Smelt like weed
