Staff was nice but wouldn't...

Liked: Staff was plesant
Disliked: I flew in so I didn't bring conditioner or hand lotion. This was not available with the room and no stores in walking distance. Breakfast was disappointing.

Good location close to UNM...

Liked: It was very close to where we were going to be. Friendly staff when we checked in.
Disliked: It says breakfast on the site but it was grab and go. Might not have booked this hotel if I knew that. Was looking to save a little money by not having to go out to eat.

Disliked: Wifi was horrible and drops frequently.

Liked: The reception was very helpful and polite. The place is in a quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking spaces. Heating works ok but noisy.
Disliked: There’s no kettle, old furniture smells, old linen, old pillows, no blankets, dirty floors, somebody’s hair on beds

I was robbed.

Disliked: I was stuck at albuquerque sunport at 1:00 am and booked with booking.com and when I called the hotel to see if there was a shuttle, the overnight clerk told me he had no rooms available and that he couldn’t help that I’d just paid $79 for a room that wasn’t available.
