Liked: I enjoyed the location and how comfortable it was.
Disliked: Being charged for damages I didn't do

Liked: The front desk is always helpful and the staff (Joe) is very easy to work with and goes above and beyond to make every experience/reservation a good one.
Disliked: Sometimes I don't think the cleaning service does the best job. I think when you enter a room at the beginning of any stay you should feel like the room has been completely sanitized and smell like it was as well and you don't always get that upon arrival. It would improve the entire stay completely if they would restructure the expectations they should have for cleaning staff. If you only require your staff to meet the minimal requirements to complete their job, it's going to reflect exactly that.

Liked: Nothing the management denied the reservation stating that we had smoked in the hotel room last time that we stayed at the hotel, which is not true due to that neither of us smoke cigarettes. I do not want to be charged for this transaction.
