Extended Stay America Suites - Akron - Copley - East

The hotel was very clean and updated. But they advertise breakfast, and the only thing they had was coffee and packets of oatmeal.

Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: No breakfast.

We stayed at Studio Plus in the same area last years and were not impressed, so staying at Extended America, we weren't expecting much. We were pleased when we walked in. The rooms were updated, clean, just what we needed for a one night stay. The staff at front desk was very friendly and courteous.

Liked: Clean, updated rooms.
Disliked: Beds weren't comfortable.

Liked: The location was convenient. Pretty easy to find.
Disliked: The building is old and in need of updating. The kitchen in our room was barely adequate.

Disliked: No garbage can in room, carpet was filthy, musty, tried telling me I had a balance upon check in and I paid thru a 3rd party sight! Very dingy, updated the room by painting over falling apart paint and walls.

Disliked: The second floor smells like weed and seafood/fish

Liked: Not to munch at all.
Disliked: Seem to be somewhat worn down like furniture being banged up, scratched up and the faucets look like they were dirty worn out. Toilet was broken when we got room. So we had to get another room !
