Extended Stay America Suites - Akron - Copley - East

The hotel was very clean and updated. But they advertise breakfast, and the only thing they had was coffee and packets of oatmeal.

Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: No breakfast.

We stayed at Studio Plus in the same area last years and were not impressed, so staying at Extended America, we weren't expecting much. We were pleased when we walked in. The rooms were updated, clean, just what we needed for a one night stay. The staff at front desk was very friendly and courteous.

Liked: Clean, updated rooms.
Disliked: Beds weren't comfortable.

Liked: Staff was nice and helpful
Disliked: Dirty , mattress was wore out and very uncomfortable. Room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke.

Liked: It was clean, and the price was good.
Disliked: It had a smell, the bed was hard, they only had 3 pillows on the bed.

I would never recommend this...

Liked: I was in the room for 1 whole hour, and checked out. I did not stay, and i would like my money refunded
Disliked: The hotel was filthy! there was blood on the floor in the room, there were fleas! Fleas!

Could have been much nicer...

Disliked: Our room REEKED of stale smoke. It infiltrated our clothes and made for a very uncomfortable experience. If you’re going to offer smoke free, try washing down the room, curtains, and shampooing the carpet. The staff were “helpful”…they gave us a couple cans of near empty air freshener.
