Very good

Liked: The office staff. They were polite, kind, and attentive. Good vending machines, good location.
Disliked: The price. My room was dirty(it looked like dirty workers rubbed all over the walls), the fridge leaked, the bed was broken, the dresser was broken(unusable).. but I think they had started fixing rooms, though. They were there working on them until 11 p.m. at night.(I get up at 6 am for the day) That kinda sucked too.

Didn’t get to stay here

Liked: Did t get to see it. Notified staff of lateness of my arrival. Was told to use phone at front door to call reception when I got there but no one answered. Could not get in so had to find other accommodation last minute which cost me extra.
Disliked: Staff. Very poor to say someone would let me in but then nothing.

Liked: Location to the arena is perfect!
Disliked: Check in was at 3 and they said my room wouldn’t be ready til 5p, then it kept being changed.
