Liked: Checking out 2 days early actual only spent I night
Disliked: Smoke in hallway, strong Marajuna smell in lobby and hall way. Noise and party in the parking lot. Desk clerk disappeared and unable to contact front desk. Proceeded to lobbing ten people wondering and waiting for clerk. Clerk came in from parking lot didn; t indicates any sense of respondability. The impression was given that we were a nusiance. This occurred at approximately 9:00 p.m Loud rap music in parking lot lasted until 1:30 a.m. Loud music and tv in adjoining room. Hotel hally way filthy and elevators. Peeling paint on walls. A total disaster I know that one other guest left after looking at the hotel.This facalities is a total dump.

Liked: They charged me twice an I ask them about it they told me that is was another date I said Nolan they did fix them problem.

Liked: It was clean and decent for the room and inexpensive. The location was perfect . Love all the different food choices they have around the area.
Disliked: First and foremost I will be filing a law suit against them for giving away my room key twice without my permission. I was trying to get away from my ex and they decided to give him And my sister at two different times my key without identification or asking if they were registered guest.

Liked: The location of the hotel was great because it?s surrounded by diverse places to eat and it?s close to the freeway. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to sleep in the room we had originally booked on the second floor with a queen bed on the second night.
Disliked: It was disappointing that our room we had booked days in advance with a queen bed wasn?t ready upon checking in and was suggested that the hotel would call when our room was ready, but I was tired and just wanted to rest. We were offered a room for the night with double beds, however, the floors were very dirty, the kitchen and bathroom counters had permanent stains and being on the ground floor facing the parking lot made for a noisy night with loud conversations and loud music playing very late into the night.

Liked: the initial two people that checked me in an accommodated me for both nights i just wanted to leave later that sat to sleep and still housekeeping came n knocked at 11 good thing i was up she was going to open door wrong they need to check not knock whole purpose was to sleep in
Disliked: Sergio was great amd who i checked in with but the girl on sat morning was new as far as i seen and i used to go there all the time i already paid for the night she stated i didnt then finally she seen then she said i had to go back n get my id after i already checked in for both nights. Didnt make sense then i had to run my card again for zero dollars she said just im case basically if any damage i never been treated like i be a person to steal or take or do anything wrong. I been there multiple tunes in last three years. Well i work at hospital usually im from fremont ca i know the head manager of union city ca praveed lives on same street. Very disappointed.

Liked: Extend stay America is a nice place to spend the night because it's nice, clean and quiet. And customer service is excellent. I enjoyed my nights at extended stay America.
