Liked: The girl working the counter was very friendly and sweet.
Disliked: The hallways and elevator were extremely dirty. It smelled like a weed factory in the entire hotel. Only giving 2 stars because the desk clerk was awesome.

Disliked: I was charged twice. I paid on line with booking.com but when I got there I was charged again. I did not receive the refund for 4 days which impacted me financially on this trip. There were roaches in the room.. I was asleep and a knock at door for pest control and they sprayed but I still had to go and purchase roach traps and spray because still live roaches in the room.

Liked: The beds and pillows were comfortable. The area was pretty quiet.
Disliked: Didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner. Some bugs were seen. Key card didn’t work on back door.

Liked: It was in a good location for what I needed, compared to other places to stay the price was good.
Disliked: Elevator wasn't working, and I wasn't notified until I showed up at 7:30pm (too late to make other arrangements). I was on the 2nd floor. It was very LOUD, lots of traffic sounds from the nearby highway. The shower only had cool to lukewarm water in the morning for my shower, and the bathtub didn't drain well, so you are standing in water the whole time. The drink machine was broken, and no ice machine is available.

Liked: It was a good location, near the hospital, which was my purpose for being there. It was a bargain compared to other nearby options. Room was clean.
Disliked: Elevator was broken, and I was on the 4th floor. I was told that before I checked in, but at 7pm didn't really have another option to drive around and look for someplace else to stay. It was very noisy, both screaming children in the halls and the outside highway noise. The volume on the TV didn't work, it was on about 3, couldn't be increased from either the remote or the tv itself. The drink machine was broken, and there isn't ice to be found b/c there is no machine and you have to fill and freeze your own Ice trays.
