Disliked: Bed uncomfortable charge $30 per night for a pet even in same room for next night. Checkout Sunday was late opening

Disliked: I paid for the room and they would not let me in I would like my money back I paid all that money for the room and they would not let me and my wife in and I haven't got my money back

Liked: I liked that there was no nasty bugs and property looks nice outside
Disliked: There was no breakfast offered, if I wanted coffee pot,toaster,clean towels or linens it was extra money the shower head didn’t put any pressure out, exhaust fan didn’t work, key card wldnt wrk in doors , rude staff at front and drug rehab next door with wandering patients harassing me in parking lot oh and no ice machines you also didn’t get room cleaned room was dirty I had to clean stove and take out my own trash as I was told by front desk

Liked: Me and a co worker rent 2 rooms months at time and pay evey Sunday our tab I needed like a day or 2 to get up with my company to straighten them out and all nope they wouldn’t let me get my stuff until the next morning when I talked to mange . And I been staying here since first December and do- worker to and the job site is right down the road on railgh street . On top that I tryed to give them over have my bill told be straight by time . Nope couldn’t take that but rent me a room for one night twice I paid . I’m just blue collar construction worker trying provide and sleep in truck could even get my blanket out room . Disliked: Refer to the above comment I put it there because that first thing people look at is what people liked not disliked now people see how corporations treat blue collar workers trying feed there kids and have shelter

The attendant was very nice...

Liked: The staff was very helpful.
Disliked: The first room we were assigned had a tub with water standing in it. The toilet would not stop running and a strong odor of marijuana was in the hall and in the room when we first walked in. The floor was not very clean. I asked to be moved to another room. The second room was better than the first but it needed sweeping and mopping. The bath tub didn’t have standing water but was either dirty or stained.

Keep expectations Low

Liked: It was super close to our event venue and lots of dining options
Disliked: They don't allow DoorDash to come to the room, they charged our card in full instead of just for the pet fee (our company paid through a third party site). The rooms have kitchenettes but nothingggg to eat/drink/cook with unless you want to buy it - NOT EVEN A COFFEE POT. Oh, and they don't even offer coffee and/or breakfast in the lobby. It was quite a disappointment compared to what we were expecting, even for hotel basics....

Crack House Quality Hotel room...

Liked: There wasn't anything to like. The location was decent for our business trip, that's the nicest thing I have to say about this establishment. A full refund was promised by EXTENDED STAY OF AMERICA CORPORATE OFFICE & BY THE HOTEL MANAGER. THAT IS THE ONLY THING THAT WILL MAKE ME HAPPY ABOUT THIS NIGHTMARE OF A TRIP.
Disliked: Front desk lady is rude. The bed was broken, the bathroom door was off the hinges NO PRIVACY. The window didn't shut completely so there was wind noise constantly. We asked for a better room or possibly a better bed and were told that there was no other room available or maintenance staff to change the bed. We tried to sleep on the floor, ended up having to check out early & cancel meetings. This place is full of permanent residents the guest quarters are cared for like a one hour slum room. Plan to live like you're camping if you book at this establishment.
