Disliked: I pay twice for the same room, and booking and the hotel , they haven't returned my double payment

Disliked: The room smelled like cigarette smoke, which was covered up with strong cleaners. The furnishings were broken and in need of replacement. The bathroom counters were stained and worn. The floors were dirty to the point that we wore shoes at all times. My family wore their slippers in the shower so their feet wouldn’t touch. When we returned in the afternoon, our room was infested with bugs. There was a large crack under the door to the outside where bugs crawled under the door. The bugs were crawling on our bed and on the floor. The neighbor smoked weed all night long, and the smell came through the bathroom vent.

Disliked: There were bugs in the room, spiders, ants etc. The bathroom had a sewage smell and the door didn’t lock. We didn’t stay long enough to take showers. The beds were uncomfortable. The TV would turn on but you couldn’t actually watch anything. The WiFi was awful and we couldn’t connect our game console to it. We pulled out the sofa bed and there were little black spots all over it, at first glance they looked like a bunch of dead bugs and if grossed me out but we didn’t look close enough to inspect what it actually was, just closed it really quick. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but the next morning after trying to use the stove to make eggs and the burner wouldn’t heat up enough I canceled and booked a room somewhere else. This was a horrible experience. When we checked in we took our stuff in and then went out for the night to dinner and desert. By the time we got back and noticed all the issues the front desk was closed! Who closes their front desk? We tried to check out in the morning and tell them about our experience but after standing at the front counter for 4ish minutes and nobody came we just left. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Stay away from this place!
